Modelling with Atoms and Masters

The main benefit of modelling with _Masters in Figma is to reduce the memory size for each component. In short if all variants are instances of the master then they don't add any Mb to the component memory.

Problem: Component in Figma may get really if you have many unique variants and light + dark themes
Solution: Correct usage of _Atoms and _Masters can drastically reduce the size of the component library
