Starling bank vs. NatWest

How easy it is to offer a better User Experience? Look at the file naming of Starling bank vs. NatWest. Everyone likes tidy folders with files arranged by date. Starling bank got it “arranged by date”. NatWest still cannot get it, all they hear is “date”, “date”, “date”. They keep missing the first part of the phrase “arranged by”. Come on, legacy players, step it up. Or perhaps you do not bank with yourself. My way of adding dates to files is _YYMMDD. I even use the same method to name my projects YYMMDD-1. I have never logged 10 new projects a day, so my system works every time.

Problem: Bank statements do not sort by date because are named incorrectly, like NatWest bank.
Solution: Add date to file names in reverse order YYMMDD so they sort by date, like Starling bank.
