I was playing a key role in the digital transformation of the business moving it from traditional retailer to e-commerce one. I created roadmaps and working closely with the company owner to define new processes and procedures. As part of the transition to online stores, I designed three E-commerce websites, and managed the development of one of them. One improvement was combining 26 product categories in five groups by room, which removed the clutter on the home page and matched the shopping patterns of our customers. i.e. “shop by room”. I proposed a variety of design themes with strong graphics and clear messages. USPs, Newsletter CTA, live chat, and slideshow galleries. My design offered a variety of ways to start your shopping experience - by room, by category, by interior inspiration, by latest products, or even by images search.
