Furniture E-commerce Website One

In addition to being the UX/UI designer for this e-commerce website I also acted as the Product Manager and was responsible for prioritising the work of the team which included one Magento 2 full stack developer and one SAP developer. After the successful launch, the website achieved £1M of sales in the first four months of trading and later became the main sales channel for what it once was a traditional brick and mortar furniture retailer. My focus was to build strong “trust us” message and trigger impulsive purchasing, which I achieved by implementing a "Trust-Buy-Trust-Buy-Trust" strategy across the entire website.
