How people buy furniture? - Research Presentation

As an industry expert I know that there are more than 100 furniture showrooms in London. I am familiar with their price bracket, quality, trustworthiness, furniture style, and their exact location. This information requires years of research and is not readily available to the uneducated furniture buyer? My question was – How could that change? I conducted a detailed research trying to understand the behaviour of furniture buyers and what triggers their final decision when placing an order. I looked at their shopping habits, order patterns, and their reasoning behind choosing one particular furniture over another. My end goal was to come up with a tool which helps furniture buyers make more educated decisions. The outcome of my research lead me to develop a concept for an app, which could become your personal furniture shopping assistant. The app helps you define your style preferences, discover furniture showrooms around town, lists all furniture available on display, and finally plan a trip to visit your preferred showrooms.
